He has a lawyer on retainer and never returns security deposits. My place was cleaned to a tee and he took money out for Zero reason. He never responds, and when he does he makes it seems like you are bothering him. He is crass, rude, though he puts on a great show before you rent from him. STAY AWAY! He has a very horrible rep on the west-end, but if you moving here and are not aware of him, please do you research.
