| [25-Mar-2012] | Where do I start? Ok this dude shows up talking about his connections to Harvard and you think "this is a class operation" Dont be fooled. He lives in the richest town in mass - over 2 hours away - this means you'll never see him when you have an emergency. Which we did have.... We moved in only to find out that his units are infested with bed bugs and rats. I understand this is providence and mice abound, but when you call him his attitude is thats your problem. Well I know for a fact we didnt bring the bedbugs in. The previous tenants also complained about them for a whole year and nothing was done and now they have spread to all the units. It disgusting to think that these little vampire bugs were feeding on me every night by the hundreds. He wouldnt do anything and wouldnt return our calls. I get that we would be responsible if we had brought them in, but when I come to find out that the previous tenants had them then I know its not my responsibility! The place is run down and this landlord has such a bad reputation - I wish I had listen to people who told me not to sign with him. At the time I thought I was being smart and saving money with cheaper units and free washer & dryer (which by the way has been broken since day 1) So if you want to have a horrible year and something youll remember for a lifetime, rent from this scummy landlord. Otherwise pony up a bit more and have a great experience elsewhere. I wished I had listened to my friends who did. |
