I have rented from Absar two different times and both were great. I LOVED both of my apartments. I was extremely happy with the upkeep and cleanliness of the common areas, as Absar had a cleaning crew regularly cleaning the hallways and laundry area. If ever I needed something fixed, it happened in a timely manor and was done the right way. My deposit was given to me in a very timely manor when I ended up moving out to live in a bigger place with my boyfriend. Since moving out, I have linked two of my best friends with Absar for apartments and they are both extremely happy. Would rent from Absar any day!
