I rented from Absar for two years and found him to be accessible, fair, and honest in all of my dealings. He respect my privacy while also being responsive to any needs that arose. He made prompt and adequate repairs as needed and was exceedingly easy to contact. I never had a text or email that he didn't respond to promptly and thoroughly. I would recommend Absar to anyone looking to rent in Albany! He's a true professional and a nice guy who cares about doing a good job.
