| [20-Jun-2012] | If you want nothing but aggravation, feel free to rent from Absar. He would walk over his own children to save a penny. He refuses to give us our security deposit back, even though he has no reason to hold it, and now we have to take him to small claims court. He is often taken to small claims court. We had a leaky roof, windows that had inches of space between the window and the siding, a gas stove that leaked, the heat was at least 10 degrees lower than the legal limit; and so many other things i can not even think about it. the only thing he repaired out of those four was the roof, but he didn't want to pay for the whole roof, so it still leaked. it takes weeks of calling him every day to get him to even say he'll do anything. we found out that out of 100 tenants, at least 70 had complaints similar to ours. he literally cried in order to avoid having to spend money to get us a new stove, even though it could have killed us. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS SNAKE. it's the biggest mistake i have ever made, and i've made a lot. his only characteristic is avarice. he doesn't care about human rights. there is a special place in hell for people like him. AGAIN, HE WILL NEGLECT LEGAL AS WELL AS HUMAN OBLIGATIONS IN ORDER TO SAVE A PENNY. The entire time we rented from him was hell on earth. |
