Untrustworthy. Takes unreasonable amount of time to complete even the simplest of repairs. Employs incompetent workmen. Fire and Health code violations. Hidden flaws in units. Apartment has mice and roaches, has had squirrels in the past. Does not address tenant's concerns. Avoid!
