I am a current tenant of Absar's and have been renting from him for over two years. I have never had an issue with him or the staff he employs. I honestly find him to be one of the better landlords I have rented from in my 20 years of renting, and couldn't be more happy in his property on State Street. Absar has always been accommodating when I went through financial hardships and was a few days late on rent. He also has always made it a point to touch base with me when he sees me on the street or if he is showing an adjacent apartment. This kind of compassion and concern for his tenants is rare and I appreciate it. I can't speak for all of his properties, but the one on State Street that I rent is fantastic. It was clean and modern when I moved in and I have had absolutely no complaints in my time here. The heat works well and I've never seen a roach or rodent like I have in some other local properties. All told, Absar is a fine landlord and deserves kudos for managing properties in various areas of the city while dealing with the complaints and issues of his tenants in a timely manner. I would have no issue recommending him and his properties to others. - Adam
