I have had Absar as a landlord for many years now with absolutely no complaints. He has been respectful my privacy, he has been flexible with rent when I needed and has kept the building in great shape. In any instance where I needed a repair done, it was fixed in a timely manner and fixed properly, not just a band-aid. Every time I speak with Absar he is always engaging and polite as well as curious to see if there are any issues with my apt that need to be addressed. Which is a nice change from previous landlords only interested in getting rent money. Another nice thing is that Absar has someone come and clean the common areas regularly which makes me happy as he seems to care about our experience at home. I would recommend him to anyone who was looking for a responsible and respectful landlord.
