[18-Jun-2015] Don't ever rent from them. They are huge liars and if they are having problems in their marriage... You are really in for a nasty treat. At first, they seem nice but then their true colors start to show. They typically like to rent to people that are young or minorities or people getting assistance, so they can fill their pockets by doing illegal behavior. Dont take my word for it...go see for yourself..but while you are doing your research...talk to the neighborhood, or ask the city of maplewood or the surrounding property owners...they'll tell you to. These landlords are walking talking nightmares and you'd never guess what they actually do for a living to be as grimy as they are. Its really ironic.
