COMMENTS (1)
[10-Oct-2014] Our closet broke while we lived there. Brice allowed us to pick out a new system and have it installed and we agreed to split the cost. He refused to refund the installation fee though and claimed a screen shot of the transaction from my bank account was not sufficient. It took Brice close to 6 months to return our security deposit even after we called, emailed, and texted numerous times to no response.
