[29-Oct-2014] Property was a dump. Refused to clean up anything. Dead animal carcass in the back yard.

Would not return my money.

Extreme narcissist. Cocky and arrogant. Talks way too much and refuses to let someone get a word in.
Has no moral compass.

For someone who claims to have been doing this for 30 years, he has no knowledge or concern for state law or the health and safety of his tenants.
