[14-Jan-2015] This apartment has a severe and recurring problem with black mold. Newly renovated when I moved in (because of previous mold issues), it took less than 3 months for the mold to appear and grow out of control. I finally moved out when I developed allergies and breathing problems, including asthma. In the process I had to dispose of half my wardrobe and my entire bedroom set as any furniture near an exterior wall and all the clothes and shoes I stored in the closet became moldy.

Less than two weeks after I moved out, the landlady had the cottage repainted and listed on Craigslist, certainly not enough time to conduct a proper remediation of the apartment. Do not rent this property, this cottage will ruin your health and destroy your belongings. In addition, the landlady is disrespectful and difficult to deal with.
