COMMENTS (1)
[29-Jan-2015] After living in Evanston and Chicago for more than 6 years, I can say for certain Kevin is the worst landlord I have ever (and probably will ever) rent from. Not only was he unpleasant, rude, and invasive, he was also a crook. He refused to make modest repairs, and when our radiator burst and ruined one roommate's mattress, they didn't offer to replace or pay for the soaked, smelly and moldy mattress. The apartment wasn't cleaned before we moved in, and when we left the same furniture when we moved out that was left when we initially moved in, he charged each of my two roommates and me $200 dollars. I would live in a dumpster before I rented from Kevin, or lived in this terrible, dark, dingy, and mismanaged building.
