[24-Feb-2015] This landlord is evil. He will annoy you about cleaning his damn premise all the time. He will ask you to pull out your fridge and stove to clean the behind and floor every day!!! He never ever satisfies your cleaning work and did molecular level inspection before I move-out and yelled at me all the time. I did a lot of cleaning and hired the cleaning company to clean the whole house when I move out, but he still charge me $1300 for cleaning done by him and $600 repair fee for nothing. It is really like scam... Don't ever rent his apartment!!!
