COMMENTS (1)
[11-Feb-2009] Very absent and generally hands-off, as long as the rent checks came in. Was slow on repairs we called about unless very serious, and continued to hire a total incompetent for repair and maintenance even after having to sue him for breach of contract. Rarely provided notice or communicated about ongoing maintenance (e.g. siding installation, insecticide application, etc.). Check out his 1998 book ("What Women Want--What Men Want: Why the Sexes Still See Love and Commitment So Differently") for deeper insights into this person.
