| [21-Jun-2015] My first experience with her was all phoniness and lies. She didn't tell us half of what was wrong with the place. Once the lease was signed and things became apparently in need of repair, she was less than helpful. In fact, the tone in her voice was like WE were causing her this big inconvenience! We only have a 5 gallon water heater for our dishes and I told her this wasn't enough, to that she replied "Maybe your parents didn't raise you right"...She takes things personally, doesn't respect the mandatory 24 hour notice before checking in or entering the property, and all around is a terrible landlord. I installed a beautiful garden where there were only weeds and dead grass and barely got a "Thank you" She is very petty and seems like she's on some kind of sedative or anti-depressant. She mumbles so much it's hard to understand her, and it's usually something passive-agressive. I'm not just saying this either, I have no personal gain from doing this other than hopefully preventing another couple from getting trapped in the same lousy relationship with a crazy lady that we did. And trust me. She is like looney-tunes crazy. ALSO...She is CONSTANTLY parking in our 1 (one) spot by our apartment. The nearest spot is in a restaurant parking lot around the corner. Apparently this isn't rude to do at all in her mind. Another sidenote about us - WE PAY OUR RENT ON TIME, EVERY TIME. We honestly don't know why she is such a nasty person. | |
