COMMENTS (1)
[26-May-2008] I have rented from many landlords and George Landjov is the worst landlord ever. The apartment was dirty when I moved in. I had to practically beg to have a mail box. He entered my apartment without notice to assess house wide plumbing non-emergent issues. He never saw this as wrong. He never gave paperwork or discussed move-in or move-out inspections. He never properly installed the central air conditioning so that the temperature could be controlled with the thermostat. He never provided a properly functioning furnace. I was without heat this past winter for three days on three different occasions. He registered my apartment with apartment finding companies behind my back near the time of our lease expiration. I did not find out until The Apartment People was knocking on my door trying to show my apartment. I paid my rent every month. I never had a party. I never destroyed anything. I am the perfect tenant. The only thing he is good at is cashing checks.
