| [27-May-2015] This land lord refused to repair pool equipment and maintain the backyard per our lease agreement. When pushed to uphold her contractual obligation, she played the I am a single mother card. If she can not maintain the property she shouldn't rent to others. This property costs more than $700 am month in electricity to run the pool equipment at a minimum and the a/c at 80 degree set point. Avoid the listed address and the landlord like the plague. Be advised she advertises with nationwide realty group claiming that they are going to manage the property, but upon signing the lease they will claim she chose to self manage. |
