COMMENTS (1)
[26-Jun-2015] Took advantage in any way possible (example: tried to tell us we were responsible for cost of window repair when someone shot a bullet thru it while we were out of town, in retrospect probably a disgruntled former tenant), never picked up her phone, voicemail always full, email responses were unclear, ambiguous, indirect and often unintelligible, she took weeks to get basic and essential maintenance taken care of, told me in writing that she would prorate me from the date I vacated then refused to and stiffed me for deposit, probably because she knew it wasn't worth my time in court and she lives in DC with no sherif to deliver summons. Would never do business with her again, and you should not either.
