| [15-Sep-2015] House infested with cockroaches and rats. Unfit for human habitation. Yard littered with dog faeces not picked up by owner/occupier. Owner/occupier is a challenging personality, rude and surly. Security deposit not refunded. I would not recommend renting from this landlord, they are highly unpleasant to work with. |
