[07-Oct-2015] Joel, is a nice enough guy, but my front door wouldn't lock properly and refused to have a lock smith come out to fix it. You could literally put anything in the lock and it would still open. I once locked myself out and opened it with a broken piece of tree bark. After I moved out he charged me a fee to re-keying fee to fix all the locks because I forgot to leave the mailbox key behind after moving out. However, all he had to do was call me and I would have mailed him the key over night. He didn't respond to any of my texts or calls after I moved out. Completely unprofessional. Would not recommend renting from him.
