[12-Oct-2015] Worse landlord I have ever delt with. I had to constantly call for any updates on my repair/maintenance requests which never got done or took an unreasonable time to begin. For example, the toilet started leaking which meant I could not use the toilet & landlord was informed the very next morning. The toilet finally got repaired about 6 days later. So during that time period, I had to go to a nearby store to use the bathroom which was not walking distance. She will argue with you if you complain or ask about anything. I left the apartment in better condition than when I first moved in & still did not get my $900 security deposit back. Sorry excuse for a landlord/owner.
