COMMENTS (1)
[21-Oct-2005] Basement had much water leakage, plumbing drains leaked into basement, house had mold in basement and under floor. Need to have de-humidifier running 24 hours, resulting in costly electric bill. Poorly insulated, so heat and A/C bills were high. Next door neighbor to the north is unfriendly.
