| [28-Mar-2017] Landlord promised to make repairs needed before move in. Repairs were started however what was done took 3 months and was never completed. Landlord now refuses to make any repairs. Sewage water percolates into the yard from the septic tank, the bathroom floor is caving in, there are holes in the roof soffits, and outlets in 4 rooms do not work. There are also other repairs that need to be made but those are the major ones. He refuses to do anything. He also harasses through email. Does not give notice before he comes over. Update: He refuses to return deposit even though there was no move in inspection. Sent a bogus list of claims 30 days after our lease was up. AVOID!!! I DO NOT recommend renting from Tim Bales.
