[01-Dec-2015] Landlord was condescending and manipulative. I was lucky I got out when I did. She works for the Forest Service so she is pretty well connected in town. After moving out, I learned that other Forest Service seasonal employees had similarly bad experiences. You may be able to tolerate her condescending and stubborn attitude but be weary. One positive comment is that the rent price was good at just 500 @ month. Unfortunately, the discount rent is not worth the trouble. Good luck!
