[07-Dec-2015] This landlady is the worst creature I have ever entered into a business contract with. She is characteristically dishonest, and rude. She will lie to you about unscheduled maintenance visits, invade your privacy, refuse repairs, call you a liar, and attempt to asses you illegally-high late fees at every opportunity. During my time as a tenant, she refused maintenance requests to address the faulty stove, which was endangering our health and safety for over a month, and still has not provided for some requests made months ago. The porch door is not lockable and does not close all the way. She did not force her previous tenants to move out, so I had to wait for them to do so on their own, while still paying for rent. She then tried to assess me a late fee because the mail wasn't collected from the mailbox in time. Her previous tenants and she herself store things in the unit when I expressly did not consent. Overall I have had a terrible time living under this woman's negligent and draconian regime. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
