COMMENTS (1)
[16-Jan-2016] He allowed prior issues from previous tenants to become our problem, and then sued us for them after we took immaculate care of his house. He knew the prior issues existed, told us on several occasions that they would be addressed and he never did. Then when we moved out, he sued us for it. He used to drive by our house over and over again, up and down the street and check out the property and see who was at our house. He is a spineless, stick up the ass landlord and I would never recommend anyone rent from him.
