COMMENTS (1)
[04-Mar-2016] Landlord took a week and a half to fix a serious roof leak in our bedroom. Had to sleep on an air mattress in the living room floor. Contracted Bronchitis due to mold from leak. Landlord damaged outside table of ours by pouring paint from roof onto it, took the table to repair it, still haven't received it back and its been over a month now. Failed to paint ceiling once roof leak was patched, also failed to remove mold. Horrible communication all around. Transferred her contact information for everything to her handyman/boyfriend after about 5 months living there, communication is even worse than before with him. She is constantly trying to find ways to kick out her tenants so she can remodel units to charge the public more. Avoid at all costs!
