[19-May-2016] Slum lord alert. Elaine engages in a quid pro quo with the The Road Home shelter. She gives a donation to The Road Home in return they steer their clients into her dumpy apartments. We were not allowed to inspect the unit prior to signing the lease. All sorts of habitability issues, no working furnace, water leaks, mold, sagging floor, non functioning electrical outlets and fixtures, broken entry door. All these issues are documented with code enforcement. The water leaks destroyed our property. The neighbors will disturb your sleep at night with loud parties and domestic violence. Elaine will invade your privacy. She will stand next your entry door recording your conversations on her smartphone. Elaine's niece lives in the building and she'll often hangout in her unit for hours and hours listening in on your conversations. Avoid this landlord like the plague.
