[07-Jun-2016] Landlady seems eccentric and nice. She is not. I had nothing but trouble over heating and AC use. The utilities are included in the rent, but are not individually billed to each of the the 3 apartments. There is one utility bill for the whole house and this bill was used as reason to forfeit my deposit. I had to use the Attorney General's Office for Maryland for mediation to recover my deposit. Renting here seems like a good deal. It is not. Walk away. Landlady cannot cope with managing these apartments.
