[14-Jun-2016] Charlie Lin is an awful human being. He was demeaning are unfair to myself and my same-sex partner from the moment I wanted to move in. He changed the rent amount two times *after* we signed a contract. He did nothing about our complaints about rats and mice. Eventually, he allowed one of the roommates to abuse and harass me and would not renew my contract. I ended up suing him with the Massachusetts Committee Against Discrimination. Stay away from this household if you're LGBTI.
