COMMENTS (1)
[10-Jul-2016] Landlord is inexperienced and doesn't know his responsibilities, which leaves matters loosely or Insufficiently resolved. He left the unit in filthy, unlivable condition prior to move in, including black mold in the home. He took 3 weeks to replace it. The unit is in a poorly constructed building that's not fully up to code. Unit above flooring transfers noise heavily. Landlord was quickly responsive but apathetic in taking responsibility. At times, seemed defensive and made decisions on assumptions verses directly communicating. That escalated situations quickly. Would recommend the Landlord take a course to know his legal obligations and consequent language.
