[28-Sep-2016] I lived at 603 13th Ave E #2000 for about 3 years (2013-2016).
This unit has serious electrical issues resulting in sudden noise coming from the bedroom wall any time of day or night. When I reported the issue to the landlord and asked him to address the situation he hid behind the condo board not getting back to him, ignoring his contractual obligation and responsibility. After that he just ignored my requests for keeping me updated on the status and resolving the issue.
At the end of the lease he tried to screw me out of my money. I was able to recover part of it, but only after hiring a lawyer. |
