[14-Jul-2017] Your renting a place in Providence RI The Landlord lives in California Need I say more? His places are dumps, infested with rate, and good luck getting a response. My girlfriend was reduced to tears and screaming on the phone to get a response. We were without heat for a week in the middle of winter.
