| [18-Jul-2017] heath (daniel) kruse own various rental properties around tampa. beware this hustler, this conniver, this swindler! i lived in his above garage apt for 7 yrs and during this entire time the roof leaked in different places. his way of fixing it was by "coming up to take a look." he pretends something will be done and it NEVER is. the leaks became worse and worse and soon there were 5/6 different leaks. the window frames bagan to come away ftomthe walls and almost all the the walls sheetrock was palpable and soft to the touch. the bathroom floor began leaking and rotting until the tiles had all come up. termites galore. i stayed so long bc I couldn't afford to move and not until i became very ill due to the MOLD obviously all over the apt did i have to leave and it hospitalized me. do not rent from him HE WILL NEVER PROPERLY FIX ANYTHING. he will make you think he did but he will only aesthetically adjust in order to manipulate you. he is a hustler who will make u promises and NEVER KEEP THEM. the apt i was in at 905 e st clair needs to be condemned and is not fit to live in. BEWARE!! NO CHEAP RENT IS WORTH YOUR OWN HEALTH! All he cares is that he gets paid. I had to withhold rent which i found was the only way to get hus attwntion to attend to anything which even then he never truly repairs anything. BEWARE THE CARS (lemons) he sells as well. DO NOT GET DUPED by this SWINDLER, LIAR, BULLSHITTER, DEADBEAT SLUMLORD! | |
