| [03-Mar-2008] This landlord is certifiably psychotic. She barges in unannounced and unwelcome whenever she choses. She will threaten to evict you if she finds dirty dishes in your sink or around the house while she is snooping around. Because of her severe mental instability, she will not communicate directly, instead choosing to leave her demands via note slipped into the crack of your door. She will not allow bicycles to be locked in the safest and most intuitive places, like the stair rail or porch, because she says this may chip the painted metal or otherwise create an eye sore. She instructs all tenants to lock their bikes to their choice of tree at the back edge of the property. As a result 4 bicycles have been stolen THIS MONTH! She claims no responsibility or remorse for the losses of her tenants and has offered not even the slightest apology. We moved out because she repeatedly violated our privacy over the course of 15 months living in her property. The apartment is lovely and the property is charming, but this woman has no heart, no sense of cooperation or human caring. Take my word for it, the nice location is not worth the inevitable stress and heartache of renting from this cold hearted individual. | |
