COMMENTS (1)
[13-Aug-2017] I have never met anyone more cheap and rude and frankly, stupid. He comes to pick up rent whenever he wants even if its a whole month in advance. He never replies to any of your concerns in a timely manner even if its a matter of a gas leak. I had to call 311 several times to get heat during the winter. He does not make any necessary repairs; he's too cheap to so someone fell down his stairs and he still didn't make the necessary repairs. He is EXTREMELY rude and from my conversations with him EXTREMELY stupid. He is also extremely sketchy... so make sure everything is in place and you know your tenant rights living here.
