[23-Aug-2017] Kate was by far the best landlord I have done business with. I have been renting for ten years and finally bought my own house and up until this point I have had some challenging landlords. Kate was refreshing, she's an excellent communicator, she has a thoroughly modern application and approval process and awesome rental terms and flexibility. During the tenancy she had repairs completed right away and with one emergency had someone there in an hour! After the move out she was also great, always treated us with respect and I would recommend anyone considering her properties to choose her over others because of how great she is to work with!
