COMMENTS (1)
[11-Nov-2017] She failed to fix our living room ceiling for majority of the time my apartment mates and I lived in there (we were tenants for two years). At move-out, she claimed that we were missing nonexistent keys, and deducted about $500 from our security deposit. She later gave back a bit of money to us to imply(?) that she’s a good Landlord. Before renting from her, make sure to take a picture of everything so she doesn’t make any ridiculous deductions from your deposit.
