COMMENTS (1)
[14-Nov-2017] He wanted to totally repaint the apartment after we'd lived there for 3 years. In other counties in Maryland a coat of paint and primer is considered normal wear and tear, so I'm not sure where he was coming from with that.

Also, we had a package shipped to the old address by mistake (it was a pre-order that shipped automatically). Amazon says it was delivered, old landlord says he doesn't have it. Annoying.
