[26-Jan-2018] Bill was fairly nice and accommodating initially, but if there was a delay in rent payment or a problem with the apartment he became very whiny and generally someone I did not want to be around.
While he did take some of my security deposit away for a couple late payments (as per the contract), in all he took out $466 out of the initial $666 for uncleanliness/damage to the apartment that had previously existed prior to our move in. We left all the floors and surfaces cleaned, and left little lasting damage to the apartment that already had peeling paint and gritty corners. I don't think this is fair to the tenants as he is a bit greedy of a landlord. For this I am quite annoyed and there wasn't anything I could do about it. He also delayed any basic repairs (fixing the shower faucet) by lengths of time out of our control.
