COMMENTS (1)
[08-May-2018] First claimed previous owner was responsible for returning deposit, then claimed floor covering which was in poor condition on move in and had suffered 8 years ofnormal wear and tear was reason for not returning deposit. Knows is not worth sueing him over and laughed and told me to do whatever I wanted about it and hung up on me.
Replaced all floor covering in vacant apartments at time of purchase of building and every apartment that became vacant thereafter.
Refused to return deposit with no real reason for doing so.
