[07-May-2008] Art Blanchette, the onsite manager of 10 prospect st. is incompetent and assumes he is a jack of all trades. When in reality he is a live in watch dog for everything. Even walking up and down stairs too loudly. Do not rent from this building or company. Its disgusting.
