[27-Dec-2024] only returned half the deposit despite doing a walk thru and citing no concerns. repairs were poorly done. her own "forgetfulness" becomes your fault. will agree to something, forget, and without a paper trail, re-neg on what you agreed to. Get everything in writing if you rent from her. EVERYTHING.
