COMMENTS (1)
[07-Jul-2018] Leaky roof that persisted for months. Even got most of our bedroom and items wet. “Fixed it” on two separate occasions and then basically said just call later. The outside door is very old and has clearly had the same lock for years. It rusted badly and would not open even with a key, we were locked out. Landlord claimed he had no access to the house, and called 4 locksmiths and “none of them are available”. The first googled locksmith was available to come in 15 mins. After telling the landlord we could just book one ourselves he refused it whether we paid or not. Then 1hr and a half later unlocked it himself. Turns out he wanted only himself to try to fix it but meanwhile left us locked out at 10pm for a lengthly time period. Not an honest landlord. Will lie to you. Appears nice enough but don’t let it fool you. Don’t do it.
