[23-Jun-2018] Walter is a troll, he won't renew your lease if you make him repair anything. He is an odious individual and you would be making a big mistake renting from him. He had to repair a door in my apartment and I had to threaten reporting him before he would repair it. Then lease renewal time he refused to renew my lease. Avoid
