COMMENTS (1)
[14-Jul-2018] I was Jay Shellenbergers tenant for one year at 1268 SW Western Ave, Apt B. Majority of my time there, Jay would harass me, keep tabs on when I was home and away, come by unannounced, and consistently allow downstairs neighbors to bother myself and surrounding tenants with noise and rude behavior. I gave the apartment back to Jay much cleaner than it was given to me (rat feces on stove top and in oven, Un-cleaned carpets, counters, etc.) and Jay stole my entire deposit... will end up having a judge in court decide. Do not do business with this man, scam artist.
