COMMENTS (1)
[18-Jul-2018] Mr. Jordan: - made sexual advances toward me twice, once asking me to expose myself to him and once trying to con me into a kiss. - consistently refused to enforce his own rules about cigarettes in the common areas and loud music. - When a tenant harassed and assaulted me, Mr. Jordan joined this tenant's mother in suddenly going from "nice" to flinging mental health jargon at me, calling me "Paranoid Schizophrenic", "Bipolar", as a tactic apparently employed to justify fraudulent eviction and to pretend I'd done damage even though I didn't. - Mr. Jordan enables the layabout, violent, welfare-queen hoodlums who are his tenants and reinforces their efforts to make life a living hell for anyone who isn't despicable burnout codependent trash like him.
