COMMENTS (1)
[25-Jul-2018] When we were out of town and she was aware we were gone. She lived upstairs, she and her family would enter the premises. Her brother walked in while I was taking a bath saying Darika had given him permission. Her dad came in to "Fix" something and stole beer from us. When we talked her about these issues she would act like it wasn't a big deal and gave excuses after excuses as to why she was in the right and had done nothing wrong. Her Dad stealing from us was the last straw. She then made it as difficult as possible demanding unreasonable showings on holiday's and while we were at work (We have a dog so that wasn't a possibility). In which her reply was we need to kennel our dog. She was the worst landlord I've ever delt with. Just to clarify we always paid on-time, kept things clean, and the noise to a minimum. I have yet to move out so I'm not sure how she'll treat the refund of the security deposit.
