[27-Jul-2009] Very bad rental experience. Landlord purchased property from original owner/landlord, and did not inspect prior to purchase. (Original landlord had purchased house to 'Flip' it and sell for more money, spending minimal amounts on repairs / improvements.) Upon moveout, landlord attempted to hold tenant accountable for pre-existing conditions, and, in some cases, things they had no knowledge of, but made assumptions about. (Examples include unpainted areas that she claimed were painted, and other items that she claimed 'couldn't have been like this when you moved in.')
Her husband dealt with needed repairs on a timely basis.
She dropped by unannounced on multiple occasions, and appears to have looked through things while she was in the house 'on business.'
